I am having trouble uploading my photo. What do I do?

Please email us your photo if you are having trouble submitting it online. We will respond to let you know we have received it.

When will my order be delivered? *

* If your gift is urgent, we recommend upgrading to express post/overnight service. Please visit Australia Post for regular updates on shipping.

Express Post from 12th to the 18th December is the only way to guarantee arrival of your gifts before Christmas.

The Everydae sends gifts via 1-3 day courier service. Australia Post or express post/overnight if you upgrade the shipping at check-out. Our cut off for having your gift sent out next business day is 2pm. We are based in Melbourne and while we don’t 100% guarantee our delivery times, below is a guide to when you could expect your recipient to get their gift.

Sending to:

Melbourne & Sydney – Usually 1-3 business days after order is placed if the order is placed before 2pm the day before.

Brisbane, Newcastle, Central Coast, Adelaide, Wollongong – Usually 1-3 business days after order is placed if the order is placed before 2pm the day before but very occasionally it’s 3-4 business days if your recipient lives in an outer suburb or a remote area.

Gifts going to Perth, Tasmania, Cairns, Townsville, Darwin and more remote parts of Australia are delivered by courier and sometimes take 2-4 business days after order is placed if the order is placed before 2pm the day before, particularly if your recipient lives in a very remote area!

If your gift is urgent, we recommend upgrading to express post/overnight service at check-out for a flat fee of $15 Australia wide.

Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. We’ll leave gifts at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so (authority to leave). If you have questions or special requests in relation to delivery, get in touch at hello@theeverydae.com.au.

Does the price include delivery?

All our gifts are delivered for a flat $5.00 Australia wide. This is usually a 1-3 business day service depending where you live. Whilst we dispatch next business day if orders are placed before 2pm, for some more remote area such as North Queensland, Darwin or Perth, it can be a little longer. We use couriers whenever possible but for some locations far away from The Everydae (located in Melbourne) or for overnight shipping, we use express post with Australia Post. To upgrade to express post, there is a flat $15 fee Australia wide. Delivery cost included at check-out is for one bundle and any add-ons to one address in Australia.

Do you really hand-write the cards?

Yes your message is written by a real person! We think our hand-writing is really nice! You can add your personal message to be included in your gift card after you add it to the cart. Please know that we write THE SAME THING what you have, so please check your message again before submitting.

Do you only ship to Australia?

Yes, we currently only send within Australia at the moment.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you have paid, you will received a confirmation email with your order details. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

Will I get to see what my gift looks like?

We are working in the background on a platform to send you an MMS of your card and gift so you know exactly what it looks like before it heads out the door to your recipient.

Are there ever delays in orders leaving The Everydae HQ?

If there is something incorrect in your order – like a wrong address or a spelling mistake it can sometimes slow down the process. We will try and contact you via email and/or SMS before we send it out if we think there is an error.

Does my recipient have to be home to receive the gift?

Our gifts are delivered via courier or express post depending on where your recipient is located (see delivery for more information) and what postage choice you have made. If your recipient isn’t home, the courier will leave it in a safe location (if it’s deemed safe to do so). If it’s just not possible to leave the gift somewhere safe a delivery notice will be left with instructions on how to collect or have the gift re-delivered. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

Do you offer credit card encryption?

Paying online with us is safe. We have taken all measures to provide you with as much security as possible. We use encryption technology to protect your transaction and credit card details. This technology encrypts your details prior to transmission over the internet.

Can I change my order?

Yes, right up until it has left The Everydae HQ. However, if it’s already on its way, no changes can be made. If you need to make a change get in touch! hello@everydae.com.au.

I want to order more than one gift. Can I do that?

Absolutely! If you want to send multiple gifts to different addresses, please complete a new order for each gift. If you are looking at sending multiple gifts to the one address, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can coordinate a special shipping price. Email us at hello@everydae.com.au.

Do you offer refunds?

The Everdae is committed to providing amazing service and beautiful gifts every time you order. If your item is faulty or doesn’t arrive in the condition we sent it (or doesn’t arrive) we will happily give you a refund or re-deliver your gift. If however you have made a mistake or given us incorrect information we will work with you and try our best to rectify the situation however it is your responsibility to make sure the address, delivery instructions and information you give us are correct. Please check them thoroughly! We’re unable to refund if you change your mind . If you have any concerns with your purchase please get in touch via email to hello@theeverydae.com.au within 7 days of delivery to talk to us about how we can come to an agreeable outcome. If your good arrive damaged, please provide us with a photo of the gift so we can take this up with our courier service.

What days are you open and what days do you deliver?

We do not operate or deliver on weekends or public holidays in Victoria.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled. Orders which have been prepared but have not left with our courier may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee of the card ($15.00) Get in touch by emailing hello@theeverydae.com.au as soon as possible about cancellations.

What if my recipient doesn’t receive their card or gift?

Please get in touch by emailing hello@theeverydae.com.au as soon as possible if you think your gift has not arrived as it should.
